Holosun SCS-MOS-GR Titanium/Solar/Circle Dot/Green/MOS

The SCS can potentially operate indefinitely using an internal, rechargeable 20,000-hour battery meaning under even moderate exposure to bright light, you will never need to change batteries again. The SCS also includes an intensity override function which locks the optic into a high brightness mode for 30 minutes and a low power indicator which warns of low battery days before charging is needed.

• Solar Failsafe™
  Solar Failsafe Technology is one of many innovations featured on solar-equipped Holosun optics. With Solar Failsafe, if your battery fails you always have a backup power source when natural or artificial light is available. Solar Failsafe is activated while in Auto Mode where reticle intensity is automatically adjusted based on the amount of light the solar cell receives. In brighter conditions you have a brighter reticle and in lower-light conditions the reticle will step down in intensity to match any lighting conditions. On models equipped with a super capacitor, it is possible to run the optic, indefinitely, in daytime and night conditions, by maintaining a charge through the Solar Failsafe System all without a battery.
  
  
• Multiple Reticle System
  Multi-reticle System (MRS) equipped Holosun optics allow you to determine the type of aiming point you want to use when you want to use it. Holosun optics equipped with MRS let you select a fast sight picture for shorter distances with a 65 MOA circle with 2 MOA dot (rifle optics) or a 32 MOA circle with 2 MOA dot (handgun optics). The large circle can help you obtain a sight picture faster, allows for a hold-over reference, and helps to guide your eye to the 2 MOA dot. The large ring can be deactivated leaving just the 2 MOA dot for an uncluttered sight picture and increased precision.   Holosun Super LED technology includes Red, Green, and our latest Gold Dot LEDs providing options that match various environments and personal preferences including red/green colour blindness with our Gold Dot. Super LED technology provides a versatile range of reticle intensity settings from night vision-compatible to daylight bright. Holosun Super LEDs have ultra-efficient power usage creating battery like as high as 50,000 hours on certain models.
